1. Delivery Area
We exclusively deliver our products to delivery addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
2. Shipping Costs
For standard shipping, we charge a flat rate of CHF 6.50 per order. For orders over CHF 70.00, delivery is free of charge.
3. Delivery Time
Your order is generally processed by our logistics center in Zurich on the next working day. Shipping with Swiss Post typically takes 2 to 3 working days. Slight delays may occur during peak times (e.g., before Christmas).
4. Returns and Exchanges (30-Day Return Policy)
Customers have the right to return intact and unworn items within 30 days of receipt without providing reasons.
- The items may only have been worn for trying on, as would be customary in a retail store.
- Returns must strictly be made in the original packaging.
- For an accepted return, you will receive a voucher for the value of the returned goods. There is no cash payout or refund to the payment method.

5. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors immediately to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint has no consequences for your statutory rights but helps us assert our own claims against the carrier.
