1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the ARDUGA AG online shop (Hagenholzstrasse 80, 8050 Zurich). Deviating or supplementary conditions of the customer do not apply unless we have expressly recognized them in writing.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. A binding contract is only formed when we accept the order with an order confirmation via email or deliver the ordered goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax (where applicable). The respective shipping costs, which are clearly communicated to the customer during the ordering process, are added.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery is only made to delivery addresses within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery time is generally 2 to 4 working days, unless a different period is specified in the shop. If an item is not available, we will inform the customer immediately.
5. Payment Terms
Payment can be made via credit card, Twint, PayPal, or invoice. For invoice payments, the invoice amount is due within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless otherwise agreed. If the customer defaults on payment, we are entitled to demand reminder fees and default interest.
6. Liability
We exclude all liability (including negligence), to the extent permitted by law, for damages resulting from our services, products, or the use of the website. Excluded from this is liability for intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Any liability for auxiliary persons is also entirely excluded.
7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These GTC and all legal relations between ARDUGA AG and the customer are exclusively subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Zurich.
